Today is the president's birthday. We love ya Festa, and another happy birthday to ya :)

Hey Jets Fans,

We have a mighty big game this Sunday at 1pm as our Gang Green tries to get some revenge from a few weeks ago and "Squish the Fish"! This is a big game for us and we need this division win bad.

Though the game will be on regular TV in Tampa, we expect a really nice crowd at Peabody's this weekend. It's always fun against the Fins so be sure to arrive early and be ready to cheer for our Jets.

We had better be, anyway. Nice demolishing of the Raiders, which also ends our west coast jinx. After 3 crappy losses, including last weeks HORRIBLE performance, it was nice to get back to winning. Now we have to keep it goin'.

It really sucks that we lost two of our core players for the year in back to back weeks - Jenkins and Leon. Oh well, our boys are just gonna have to buckle down hard if we wanna keep winning. They can do it though, for sure. Leon's replacement, rookie Shonn Greene was super with 144 yards and 2 touchdowns! Welcome Shonn, good to have ya!

It was also nice to see Sanchez not stink up the joint this time as well. I know, he's a rookie, so I'll cut him some slack. I would like to see him make consistent improvement from here on out.

We had another big, enthusiastic crowd this week at the fan club, which was great to see, considering the Jets losing 3 straight before Sunday. You guys rock!

Congrats to all the winners of this weeks raffle. It's so cool to have that every week.

A huge one coming up this Sunday. I consider it a must win. We need to split the season series with Miami, and go 5-3 at the midway point going into the bye. If we lose, it's going to really hurt our chances of making the playoffs, much less winning the division. Miami is capable of going on a run this season, so we need to keep 'em in our rear view, and we simply can't afford to lose both games to them.

So get ready Jets fans for this coming Sunday's 'Squish The Fish' party at P's! Gametime is back to 1pm (thank goodness).

And as always, REMEMBER TO WEAR JETS CLOTHING TO THE CLUB! Thank you. :)

Because we know that the Jets will win their next 3 games and be 6-2 by the midway point. The next 2 games are against Buffalo and Oakland, which Tampa Catholic High could beat. Then we have Miami again at home, and I know for damn well certain they ain't comin' to our house and doin' us again. We'll be ready for that wildcrap offense next time. Payback will be sweet.

Braylon Edwards ROCKS! What a fantastic pickup for our Jets. We are contenders now, for sure. Sanchez looked pretty decent last night as well, and didn't give up any stupid turnovers for touchdowns this time. But what happened to our stellar defense? They looked like crap, and allowed Miami QB Chad "who the hell?" Henne to look like freakin' John Elway. I mean, they scored 31 offensive points on us, all on drives starting in their own territory. That's completely unacceptable. We should have won that game. We we're plenty good enough on offense, but this time our D let us down BIG TIME. This had better be the last bad performance by our D, Period. Rex, we're puttin' it on you to make sure of this.

Our crowd was smaller last night, which is understandable for a Monday night game. It was still a good crowd though, with our usual great energy. We'll have another big crowd for sure this coming Sunday when we take on the Bills, which is another 4pm game people, don't forget.

Congrats to all the fine winners of this week's raffle. Sure is fun givin' away those prizes every week.

In case anyone forgot, Sanchez ain't Peyton Manning yet. His 2 huge blunders against the Saints were the difference in the game, period. We probably win that game otherwise. It would be a tall task to ask any team to go in there and beat the Saints right now, yet despite the Sanchez errors, we were right there with 'em. The defense was really stellar once again. To hold that team to 10 offensive points, in that dome, is awesome. Oh well, Sanchez should grow from this and move on just fine.

Congrats to NYJFCTB legend Bernie for winning the main raffle contest, and congrats to all the other winning participants. Once again it was awesome.

There were a ton of Jets fans there again, of course, and we rocked.

WEAR YOUR JETS CLOTHING TO THE CLUB, ESPECIALLY your Jets jersey or shirt. Jets hats, pants etc. are good and encouraged as well, but definitely the jersey/shirt needs to be on ya. Thanks for your happy cooperation, JETS FANS, who come to our JETS FAN club.
