Opening Day Reminder

Here's just a quick note to remind you (as if I really needed to) that the Jets season opener is on Sunday, September 9th against the Patriots.

Opening Day Tailgate Party

As a way to kickstart fan club and the JETS new season and to celebrate opening day in a big way, we are trying to put the finishing touches on an honest to goodness tailgate party to be held in the Peabody's parking lot between 9am and 12pm on opening day. This should be a total blast and we want every club member and all their friends to attend!

New Fan Club Logo and Merchandise

In other news... we have a new Fan Club Logo. Check out the club's

Events and Donations

We're also going to start accepting donations to help us with the promotional materials (like biz cards and stickers) and to help us plan other Jets related events (maybe a road trip to Miami?).

A Visit with NYJ Superbowl III World Champ Earl Christy

So check this out , I was at a networking event last night and met up with Earl Chritsy of the Superbowl III New York Jets team. (Even got to try on his superbowl ring, how cool is that!!! -- it fit too!). What a super nice guy he is.

Anyway.. we talked a number of times throughout the night and it is very possible that will see him opening day. I'll be speaking with him next week and will keep you all posted.
